Order estrogen online now!

Going to start from the beginning, so sorry if this is a little long...

I was recently taking the Pill called Microgynon, but haven't had a period since June 15th. I've been really bloated, constipated, tired, boobs got bigger, sickness - all the symptoms of pregnancy! I've done six tests over a three week period and all are negative.

I went to the hosptial about it because I started getting bad stomach pains, on my left side and round about where my ovary is. I was scanned for PCOS about two years ago and got the all clear, so they said I could just be blocked in my bowels and prescribed me laxatives. A week on and my tummy is still big and bloated, I'm exhausted, boobs are extremely tender - and still no period. Thanks to the drugs I'm going to the loo more often and the pain is gone, so that was probably down to the blockage? :|

My Pill has been changed to one beginning with C? No oestrogen in it, as the doctor said I could be sensitive to it and it could be causing these symptoms.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has had these symptoms and what was the outcome? I've read that some women don't show positive on urine tests at all, but nobody will do a blood test! I'm not really very stressed, so I don't know what else could be causing these symptoms!

Thanks :o)

New Anti-cancer Drug: 200 Times More Active In Killing Tumor?

Quote ScienceDaily (Mar. 26, 2009) — A team of 24 researchers from the U.S., Europe, Taiwan and Japan and led by University of Illinois scientists has engineered a new anti-cancer agent that is about 200 times more active in killing tumor cells than similar drugs used in recent clinical trials.

The study appears this week in the Journal of the American Chemical Society.

The new agent belongs to a class of drugs called bisphosphonates. These compounds were originally developed to treat osteoporosis and other bone diseases, but were recently found to also have potent anti-cancer and immune boosting properties.

Drug developers have tried for years to design drugs to inhibit cell survival pathways in tumor cells, focusing on a protein called Ras since nearly a third of all human cancers involve a mutation in the Ras gene that causes cell signaling to go awry. These efforts have met with limited success.

Bisphosphonates act on other enzymes, called FPPS and GGPPS, which are upstream of Ras in the cell survival pathway. Inhibiting these enzymes appears to be a more effective strategy for killing cancer cells.

When used in combination with hormone therapy in a recent clinical trial, the bisphosphonate drug zoledronate significantly reduced the recurrence of breast cancer in premenopausal women with estrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer. Similar results were reported previously for hormone-refractory prostate cancer. Quote

When reading about cells and cancers they talk about protein and enzymes what does that do?

PCOS or infertility due to mirena?

ok i had a mirena for 2yrs and took it out, used the patches for a month and then took one depo shot. all of that should have worn off in Sept. 2008. doc has given me many pills because i can't seem to get a period. i haven't had one since July of 2006

today she said that i have no follicles in my ovaries and my uterine lining is very thing. she said that the progesterone in the mirena andthe depo have caused my system to stop working. all my hormones and thyroid levels were normal as of a week ago. i have no cysts or pain and i'm not overweight. 5'6'' 125lbs...she wants to start me on progesterone and estrogen in two weeks to simulate a normal cycle and hopefully start my period. could i have PCOS or could the mirena really have done this much damage?
my uterine endometrium is 6mm and all my hormone levels were normal. i just looked online and says normal measurements are between 4-12mm with average being 7.5. is my uterus really that thin and if hormones are normal why do i need to take more?

48 year old male in generally good health but i am a bit different, i am an XXY human, or a male born with an extra "X" chromosome in my genetic makeup. Doctor says i am genetically predisposed to this kind of condition. How? Too much estrogen production? Kleinfelter Syndrome is the name of my disorder. Doctor says i will have surgery on this coming Tuesday....they put a big catheter in your urethra, stretch it, and reach in with a basket and pull it out!!! A stone that is 7mm is bigger than a golf ball....i can't imagine the potential destruction! Is there any other way? I know a few men who have had catheters in their lives for various medical reasons and they no longer have the ability to get an erection. Is there any other procedure to cut the stone out? And, when i get a catheter 2 inches or bigger put in me....will i lose my sexual function? Doctor says no but how can i be sure? I have never seen a catheter bigger than a soda straw....Doctor says don't worry, you'll be knocked out. Any sincere answers will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Oops!! Sorry folks!! I was thinking 7cm!! 7mm sounds a lot better!!!

Provera???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have been diagnosed w/ PCOS. This was discovered after I had a very long extended period, This was the second period which I had which lasted longer than a month. This time I became anemic because I was bleeding so severely. Note: I do not have a cycle every month they are very irregular. My Gyn gave me an extended prescription of provera so that I wouldnt bleed and I could rebuild my iron count before I lost any more blood. I took provera for about 15 days, skipped a few days and then resumed for a couple days. when I came off, however I only had light spotting for a day. During the time I was on the prescription my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. I don't have an estrogen deficiency, could there be any other reason my withdrawal bleeding hasnt started beside pregnancy. I read that provera used to be a pregnancy test and if the patient didnt bleed that meant she was pregnant. Please Help

Are you taking the mini pill?

Add to Memories Tell a Friend

buy clomiphene

I'm wondering if it is normal to have a period or not while taking the mini pill? I just started them the beginning of August after I had my IUD removed. I am still breastfeeding but not exclusively (dr knows this but the risks for me taking to take an estrogen pill is not good). I had my period the day after I had the IUD removed and have not had another since. I'm a little worried that I could have ovulated last weekend because my cervical fluid was the consistency it is supposed to be during ovulation. I'm not sure if or when I should pee on a stick!

What if I never get....?

Add to Memories Tell a Friend

First of all I am 23 and I have this rare disease where my body does NOT produce ANY hormone at all in my body on its own. So I'm on birth control pills to create and maintain hormones.

Second of all I have a strong Romantic drive but I've never been sexually aroused or have no desire for sex.

What if when I get married and I'm doing foreplay with the guy I marry but I never get aroused?? Am I doomed? My testosterone level's fine, my estrogen is a tad low but not bad.

I also have an undeveloped vagina so sex will hurt worse than getting your teeth pulled out without any numness or anethesia.

I am unable to get 'wet' too.
